Painted Prairie itself: the parks, the Town Center build-out, the schools, the commute, and the parts of life there that don't make the marketing brochure.
Painted Prairie is a 640-acre neo-traditional master-planned community in northeast Aurora, named the 2022 NAHB National Community of the Year. The neighborhood pieces here cover the on-the-ground reality: the 22-acre central park, the Town Center as it actually builds out, the elementary and middle schools serving the community, drive times to DIA / Anschutz / downtown, the surrounding Aurora context, and the comparison to adjacent communities like Green Valley Ranch and The Aurora Highlands.
We're building out the Prairie Post category-by-category. Neighborhood pieces are on the editorial calendar but not yet published. In the meantime, you can browse the published articles in other categories below, or reach out directly with a question and we'll likely cover it in a future post.
